Connected Live Safety Services (CLSS) ist eine cloudbasierte Softwareplattform, die von der Planung bis zur Instandhaltung und Instandsetzung von Brandmeldeanlagen alles dokumentiert und dem Betreiber der Liegenschaft, dem Facilitymanager als auch dem Facherrichter wertvolle Informationen zum Zustand des gesamten Systems vermittelt. Von jedem Punkt der Welt können Zustände abgefragt oder Informationen empfangen werden, um zum Beispiel Instandsetzungs- oder Instandhaltungseinsätze im Vorfeld planen und Materialien präventiv mitführen zu können. Den jeweiligen Serviceeinsatz kann CLSS dokumentieren und den Einsatzbericht dem Betreiber und/oder Facilitymanager unmittelbar zustellen.

Instandhaltungsberichte in der Cloud können wiederverwendet werden, um z.B. an dem vorhergehenden Einsatz anschließen zu können, und so sicherzustellen, dass nach der letzten Inspektion / Wartung alle Teilnehmer des Systems geprüft wurden und das lückenlos mit Zeitangaben.

Bewegen Sie sich mit Ihrem Smartphone oder Tablet-PC im Objekt und empfangen bei Auslösungen von Brandmeldern sofort eine Rückmeldung der Brandmelderzentrale mit detaillierten Zusatzinformationen über den Zustand des Brandmelders und bewegen Sie sich zum nächsten Prüfling, bis alle Teilnehmer des Wartungszyklus geprüft sind. Am Ende erstellen Sie den Servicebericht und schicken ihn per Email an benannte Personen / Stellen weiter. Darin lässt sich auch erkennen, wie alt die geprüften Brandmelder sind und ob ggf. bei der nächsten Instandhaltung ein Austausch bevorsteht. Der kann dann problemlos vorbereitet und Material bestellt werden.

Das Gateway wird mit einer Jahreslizenz geliefert, deren Verlängerung kostenpflichtig ist und online über Tokens in CLSS verlängert werden kann. Diese Tokens sind virtuelle Zahlungsmittel für jegliche Transaktion in CLSS.
