Suggestions
Shake well and apply liberally and evenly as the last step in skin care routine and 15 minutes before sun exposure. Wear alone or under makeup. Reapply at least every two hours. Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.

Fits perfectly
I have a 48-50 chest, with very long arms (38") and find it almost impossible to find a shirt that fits. Although the shirt is a little long (it gets tucked in so not really an issue), it is one of the best, and most economically priced dressed shirts I have ever found. Highly recommend it!
