Winemaker NotesA classic Valpolicella Ripasso. A powerful and elegant wine with aromas of roasted coffee and chocolate. Deft & silky, not over-extracted. Lovely Corvina edge of petals and almond nmd earthy leathery notes. Bright, intense garnet red. Aromas of ripe plum and sweet hints reminiscent of hazelnuts and Amarena cherries and black elderberry. On the palate it impresses with a fully harmonious, dense body paired with a round tannin structure. Intense cassis notes as well as licorice and truffle taste. Long-lasting, exciting finish with a lot of concentration of ripe berries.
