Key Performance Advantages- 2/3 jacketed direct-steam heating rated at 25 psi (≈298 °F) for rapid, uniform heat transfer.
- Seamless, deep-drawn 304 stainless steel liner and 304L jacket resist pitting, corrosion and flavor carry-over.

Twin-shaft MV mixer (2 hp high / 1 hp low):
– Anchor-style main agitator with removable nylon scraper blades cleans the sidewalls and kettle floor.
– Counter-rotating secondary beater breaks up lumps for ultra-smooth sauces, soups and fillings.
– Two-speed gearbox (46 rpm / 23 rpm main shaft) matched to 120 rpm / 60 rpm secondary beater for optimal shear control. - Actuator-assisted bridge & agitator lift plus quick-acting rim lock for fast kettle access and tool-free cleaning.
- Self-locking worm-gear tilt lets one operator safely pour up to 100 gal with precise, controlled dispensing.

retruns not free despite being labelled as such.
waist fine. length...rediculously long, thigh and calf stupidly narrow for larger sizes. also, despit it claiming that it offers free returns, they evidently charge something like $4? i dont know yet as they dont say exactly how much, but rather that it will be deducted from the refund. very deceptive.
